Seneca Falls, NY - We slept until 0830 after first being awakened by the street cleaner at 0630. I guess that explains why the place is so clean. Jen & I went to an adjacent deli for 'fresh' bagels and coffee to bring back to the boat.

I asked if the bagels were fresh; the reply "we bake them fresh every day". That begs the question which day's bagels we bought. They were OK, but if I had extra line, I would have strung a bunch of them on it for another fender. Don't buy more than one day's worth!

Jen had to get back to school, so we headed back towards Cold Spring Harbor and her car.

It was another great sunny day.

In lock 2, looking back at the lock 3 gate which just closed behind us.

We spent the night just before (west end) Lock 24 in Baldwinsville and had dinner at the Lock 24 restaurant. Food was good, but our service was spotty and slow. After dinner, we walked around town in search of an ice cream stand. It was good to do some walking, and Byrne's dairy filled the bill for dessert.

We covered 37 miles locking through Cayuga-Seneca locks 3, 2, & 1.
